The Team
Jazz Pitcairn, writer/director, is an award-winning writer, director, and producer from the Cayman Islands, best known for writing on HBO’s Emmy-winning series, A BLACK LADY SKETCH SHOW. At 17, Jazz was nominated for Best Local Filmmaker at the Cayman International Film Festival and continued her career at NYU Tisch. Thereafter, Jazz worked for several major studios like A24, HBO, and Apple TV+ before landing as a Writer on A BLACK LADY SKETCH SHOW at just 23 years old. Jazz is also the first Caymanian to write for an American major network television series.
Nikkia Moulterie, producer, is a creative producer born and raised in NY, a 2022 Gotham/Rotterdam Producing Fellow, and 2019 Sundance Creative Producing Fellow - Silverman Honoree. She Co-Produced the premiere season of the Peabody award-winning Random Acts of Flyness for HBO. Her work as a producer also includes episodic projects, “Final Witness” at ABC News, “One Bad Choice” at MTV. In 2019, she produced Suicide by Sunlight with writer/director Nikyatu Jusu, which premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. In 2022 she Produced feature film Nanny - a 2020 Sundance Screenwriting / Directors / Catalyst Lab project that won the Grand Jury Dramatic Prize at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival. Her work also includes numerous other works in the Editorial, Music Video, Commercial, and Branded content world with clients such as T Magazine, Nike, Louis Vuitton, Ulta Beauty’s “Muse” campaign, Adidas, Instagram, and more.
Frank E. Flowers, executive producer, is a Caymanian writer/director. Frank E made his debut with a short film, SWALLOW, which was an official Sundance selection and later acquired by HBO. Shortly after, Flowers returned to his homeland to direct the independent-thriller, HAVEN, starring Orlando Bloom, Zoe Saldaña, Anthony Mackie, and the late, Bill Paxton.
In 2013, Flowers revisited Sundance with METRO MANILA, which he co-wrote for director Sean Ellis. METRO went on to be nominated for a BAFTA and was also Great Britain's official submission to the 86th Academy Awards.
Frank E maintains a strong commitment to advancing Caymanian culture in film by serving as Chairperson of the Cayman Islands Film Commission.
As a screenwriter, Flowers scripted SHOOTING STARS about the high school years of LeBron James for Universal/Peacock. He also co-wrote the BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE biopic for director Reinaldo Marcus Green. Frank E is currently attached to direct THE BLUFF with the Russo Brothers' AGBO and Cinestar Pictures.
